Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred...DONE!

I just finished day TWO of the 30 Day Shred and let me tell you...it was really hard! I can't recall a workout that has made me sweat as much as this one does! Even though I'm modifying the high impact moves, I'm still working hard and pushing myself to give it all I've got. I'm not going to just slog through it with a half-hearted effort. Wimpy effort means wimpy results, and I know I'm capable of so much more!



I am committed to making July the healthiest month of the year so far! Last year I lost 71 lbs, but this year I don't think I've lost an ounce. (I haven't weighed myself since last September.) I feel stronger, more toned and more flexible, but I'm still wearing the same size clothes. I'm ready to go down to the next size, and I'm going to work hard to make it happen by the end of the month!



So in addition to doing the 30 Day Shred, I will be continuing with my DDP Yoga. I will also be fanatical about tracking my food, and weighing/measuring my portions. I will do my best to eat healthy, REAL foods, and to eliminate processed food as much as possible. I'm not aiming for perfection; I'm just aiming for progress, and I know that if I really do put forth my best effort, I will succeed!








Healthy July to all my fellow Sparkers! Put forth your best effort and don't be afraid to push yourself. It might be hard at first, but if you keep trying, you'll get better and stronger. You are worth it!

    emoticon blog emoticon its just the motivation I needed. Oh my goodness Jillian really does kick a persons butt. Right now the only thing I can do is walking. I do remember there was a time when I was out of breath and exhausted just walking for 5 mins. I thought I would have a heart attck during that 5 min walk. I told myself if I did not do that 5 min walk that one day I would have a heart attack. Happy to say I have worked my way up slowly to an hour emoticon So you go there girl emoticon have fun I know it's making you feel good emoticon
