Whatever I'm doing is working amazingly right now lol. I was 258.2 and now I'm 256.4 and I'm so happy to finally be losing weight consistently. This has definitely been a hard journey full of ups and downs and many plateau. I fell off the healthy wagon for awhile and finally got my butt back in gear and losing weight. I had lost 100 pounds and then lost my job so I ended up having to cancel my gym membership and started eating bad foods because I was buying really cheap food so I could at least eat.... I gained some weight back and it really killed my self-esteem. I was able to get back on track and here I am today going strong.

Since we are going out of town I won't be able to go to the gym this week so I'm going for daily walks instead until we leave tomorrow evening. When we are in Chico it's going to be so hot I don't want to push it too much but I'll try to go for a short walk each day while we are there depending on the heat. Apparently the low temps while we are going to be there are going to be 76+ and the high temps are going to be 106+ with an extreme high of 111+.
