90 Day Challenge

I am challenging myself to focus for 90 days on drinking water, exercising and tracking. I am also looking at growing spiritually and focusing on work activities as well.
The plan starting today and going until Sept. 30, 2013
* 8 glasses of water per day
* exercise 5 days per week
* track food every day
