Yesterday was the first day I had a craving and didn't give in. I stuck to my plan and had the healthy dinner I planned on, rather than giving in and doing something easy. And guess what- it was fantastic! I learned I like lentils.
I had a destructive weekend, but didn't get frustrated about it. I just got back on track and did some extra workouts.
I am still frustrated I'm not seeing any movement on the scale, but my clothes are fitting better, so I must be doing something right!
