Checkups, Procedures, and Laying Out

Concerning my UTI, my family Dr. sent me to my urologist, so I went Thursday. My results were negative. That's a good thing, but he put me on a 3-month antibiotic with a followup after that. He said some people are just prone to them, and evidently, I'm one of them. My CT scan looked good.
Danny went with me and afterwards, we went to Red Lobster; second time in two weeks. This time for the dinner and not for the luncheon. It was so good - Butterfly Shrimp and Flounder. I'm sure I went over my limit, but at least I took half of it home, I only ate half the portion and drank water instead of coke. I probably won't even eat the other half. It will just sit in the fridge until we throw it out.
Friday, I spent most of the day backing up computer files. I keep all my photos and important files backed up on a passport drive and keep it in the safe deposit box at the bank. Chicken salad croissant (half) for lunch with apples & marshmallows as a side and sweet tea; BBQ sandwich and chips for dinner with a coke. I only ate the bottom bun. Still over the limit, but doing as much as I'm willing to maintain. Still tracking. Still looking for healthy, but tasty alternatives. Still need to prepare more at home.
Saturday, Danny couldn't eat (he's having a procedure Monday - I had one about 2 weeks ago; the one where you have to drink a gallon of water in some junky white power, YUCK!) so we didn't go out to eat, and so it was the perfect opportunity for me when my friend called and asked me to come lay out with her in their pool. So I took off over there and got to enjoy that for about an hour and a half. I got to use my new float that I bought last year and hadn't used until then. Afterwards, she let me shower and dress at her house, & I dropped a bottle of shampoo on my foot. (I have a big, purple bruise on my foot now). It didn't hurt really, but it sure made a mark! Then we went to Amigo Juan's. Sorry, but I over-indulged there. I just refuse to resist when it comes to Mexican food. I love cheese enchiladas and the chips and dip. However, I didn't eat it all, I left a little less than half, so at least I did that and didn't even bring it home for another fattening meal. Then I went to Walmart with her and then back to her house for about another hour just sitting at her home to visit a little longer and then back home.
Sunday, quite, long day at home for some R&R.
Monday, I took off to go with Danny for his procedure. He breezed through it, but the Dr. reported a larger than normal size polyp, so now we will have to go to another surgeon for another out-patient procedure. We are now waiting on the Dr. to call us back before we know exactly how this is going to happen. It's stressing him a little bit, but I'm sure he will be fine after it's all over and done with. I guess that's why we have always been good at getting checkups for ourselves. It doesn't hurt for some preventative care to maybe catch something that could be much worse if you didn't.
Back at work, this morning. We are all still getting ready to move to another area in the building while some more remodeling is being done. My side of the studio is pretty much completed, but the video side needs a bit more work. I helped the videographer some this morning, disposing of a LOT of old and out-dated things; bending and picking up boxes and stuff. I hope I don't have a back ache tomorrow. I tried to bend and lift properly.
As for exercise, I tried 3 of the Sparkpeople videos Friday, for a total of 30 minutes. Saturday, just the little swimming that I did at my friends pool. I wish there was a local pool I could use for exercise, but sadly not one close enough where I live.
