That is right, July marks a very big and exciting month for me.
July 14th I have a 5k running race. I've had a few weeks off from racing and I am itching to get another in!
July 15th is the very exciting date that marks the first day of marathon training!! I am so pumped and ready to accomplish this goal of mine!
July 27th marks my first 10k race since running again. I've actually only raced two other 10ks before so this will mark my third ever!
Overall I've just been really happy. I've never been so comfortable with the way my body looks! I am so grateful I stopped being so stubborn and started strength training. Strength training has also allowed me to eat more which is a big positive in my book ;). I've kind of slipped in my eating here and there lately, but I don't beat myself up over it. I just get back to the grind!
Also this past saturday me and my boyfriend took a spin class and a body pump class together. It was awesome and so much fun! He really trying to get back in shape himself and he wants to go back and take those classes every saturday. Also he is running with me in the morning. I love it...a lot!
