Although this is all a refresher to me it has been very helpful to re-read The Spark and the bonus guide available here on the site. When you begin to change your habits you hit a point where you just can't take in any more information. You have to let those new skills into your life and make them a habit before you are ready to add more changes. At least this is how my brain works! You might be a super wiz at all of this and change everything at once.
I can see clearly now that I have made many positive changes in my life, as far as my eating habits. I still have work to do on negative self talk but I'm getting better. Exercise continues to be a struggle, more because of physical limitations than lack of motivation. Sleep is improving. There have been a few nights when I actually slept for five hours straight!
I'm really glad I went back to re-read The Spark. It has increased my motivation and made me feel better about my journey as a whole.
