I've actually lost a few pounds!

Just a couple days ago, I was thinking about how I really need to get a grip with what I'm eating, drinking, etc. I feel like I'm just blimping out. I weighed myself this morning, so I would know my [new] start point. I've actually LOST a few pounds! That is a relief. I haven't even been trying. I'm officially going to pay more attention to what I eat and drink, and also my activity level. I want to be shed of this weight, once and for all! Rar!
