Slipping and Sliding, Cha Cha, Wobble, Wobble

Good Day Sparkers:

That about sums up my relationship to my healthy living right about now. I'm out of control so to speak. I think in my mind I've already started vacation and it's okay to be a glutton now. BUT IT'S NOT!!!

I went to the gym yesterday and only manage 40 minutes on the treadmill with inclines. Made it up to 7 yesterday!!! My body just wasn't into it. I had to stop to UPS and the post office before the gym and possibly I dropped my energy in one of those slots.

As I woke up this morning, I'm feeling soreness and aches like I've put in some serious working out. I guess this inclining thingy is working some muscles. I have no energy today. It's raining off and on and I'm feeling sleepy, sluggish and just want to go to bed. But I'm here today and I got a half day tomorrow to go. Then that will be it for me this week. My boss may have words to say --- since he doesn't feel anyone should just take days off emoticon But I got plenty of leave and I'm using it to get things done. So I hope everyone and anyone that reads today's post have a wonderful and successful day today!!! Make it happen...

    If you have accrued the time off and are within HR guidelines, it doesn't matter what your boss says! He better get over himself!
