According to my check in on 6/30/2012 I have lost exactly 3 pounds. That is just sad :( But, looking at the bright side, I have maintained that loss, plus the 16 pounds I lost previously, I am more conscious of what I put in my body and I exercise more frequently. I feel better and I know I am making healthier decisions. People notice my overall weight loss today, but they did not back then, so I guess it's all good!
