3 Pounds in a Year???

Tuesday, July 02, 2013

According to my check in on 6/30/2012 I have lost exactly 3 pounds. That is just sad :( But, looking at the bright side, I have maintained that loss, plus the 16 pounds I lost previously, I am more conscious of what I put in my body and I exercise more frequently. I feel better and I know I am making healthier decisions. People notice my overall weight loss today, but they did not back then, so I guess it's all good!

Losing a little is better than not losing at all, and much better than gaining, even a little.

emoticon Don't "They" say that the "Average" Person Gains about 10 Pounds a Year? If you take that into the equation you Could say you have lost 13 Pounds this year.
emoticon Well Done!! And congratulations on Maintaining, too!!!

Yeah, that's in the ballpark of my losses for the last 12 months too, but that's OK by me. It's not a race to the finish! I, too, am exercising more, am stronger, and feel better than before. I just keep focusing on making some small improvements every month.

Congratulations on your improved overall fitness. Weightloss is only one aspect of health. From the sounds of it, you have achieved a lot! Keep it up!
