Yesterday

I did not really track anything yesterday, my lower back was in a lot of pain. The positive is that it made me take some time to rest. Rest is always a good thing, that time is just as important.

    Rest is good... but you DID know that you can track your calories and exercise on a later day, didn't you?

    You know, I have skip days also. I learn alot from tracking, but all said and done we do it for ourselves. We do it to learn and when I don't want to track, i just don't. That said, I have noticed a wee bit of a pattern, you know what I mean?
