I did not really track anything yesterday, my lower back was in a lot of pain. The positive is that it made me take some time to rest. Rest is always a good thing, that time is just as important.

Have a beautiful day!

Rest is good... but you DID know that you can track your calories and exercise on a later day, didn't you?

You know, I have skip days also. I learn alot from tracking, but all said and done we do it for ourselves. We do it to learn and when I don't want to track, i just don't. That said, I have noticed a wee bit of a pattern, you know what I mean?

Rightly said, "That time is just as important." Hope you're feeling better soon.

How right you are! If we don't take time to rest our bodies and our minds, we make ourselves sick. Kuddos to you for recognizing the importance of rest. Today is a new day and I hope you are full of creativity and energy and have a pain-free day! emoticon
