For what are you exchanging a day of your life? For me, it used to be sitting in my easy chair eating unhealthy/processed/fast foods.
These days, I exchange a day of my life for exercise, frequent movement & healthy foods. It's a much better deal.
I feel so much better!! I can't even describe to you how much better my body "runs" when I give it the correct fuel. I feel stronger, have more energy, I'm happier & it's pretty rare these days that I get sick, thankfully.
So I have a question for you: "Why crawl when you can fly?"
Crawling to me is eating junk & then feeling like junk. Flying is eating great-for-you foods & getting your body moving. I didn't see that before, but after changing my habits, I can clearly see it now.
There are so much better things ahead for you & me if we take care of our bodies now.
Never lose hope! We CAN do this!!! Even when it gets hard . . . we can do this!!
So . . . who wants to go on a journey with me?
