When I'm feeling lazy

One thing I've found that motivates me when I REALLY don't want to work out is watching a workout video on youtube. (My current favorite is Blogilates with Cassey Ho). Usually within the first 5 or 10 minutes, I'll restart the video and actually do the workout.

Why does this work for me? Seeing people who are stronger, more fit, and have a better body reminds me why I want to do this. Seeing what they do to achieve this makes me want to do it too. It gets me out of my lazy mood, and before you know it, 4 or 5 videos and one hour later has gone by!

    That's so funny! I did the same thing with the Insanity Infomercials! Talk about needing motivation! Insanity is crazy hard!

    It really helps. It also makes it easier to do the workout if you know what to expect.
