Well, yesterday was a bad day... I woke up at 1p (which, as bad as that sounds it is usually a good thing). Usually when I get up at 1p, I can go longer without eating and feel fuller longer throughout the day. Yesterday, that was not the case. I felt hungry ALL DAY. I'm going to workout here in a little bit and hope that I can undo everything I did today. It's not the end of the world though - it is one bad day. By eating right and doing what I am supposed to, I can undo the negative that I have already done.
