Surprisingly enough, I slept about 10 hours last night. I must have needed it, but when I woke up, I was more than ready for the gym.
I got to the Y about 2:30 PM and went through an entire workout and even managed to get 3 sets of 5 assisted pull-ups done. I have never been able to do any kind of pull-up without doing severe harm to myself, so this was a real moment of pride for me.
After the workout, I took a break with my 12 week coach and then attended the Deep Water Fitness class she conducts from 5:30 - 6:30 PM. I guess it is no wonder I was hungry when I got home tonight.
