I would probably be able to do the exercises in these videos..hahaha.
So I have had no Dr. PEPPER in a whole 4 + weeks. That is something I have never done. I used to drink 4-5 cans a day. I thought that I would lose weight just by that alone, but there is that whole... I wasn't eating right , by drinking a soda instead of eating....issue.
Eating has never been my problem, I could happily live without food if we didn't need it to survive. Don't get me wrong, I like a great tasting meal as well as anyone else..but food isn't a priority to me, I used to make a big deal if I didnt eat 3 squares a day...but now I have 5 kids..and I sometimes forget to eat or time just got away. Like today: I got up with the whole Metabolism afterburn effect goal in mind. Then I left for an appointment, did my errands...and before I knew it ..it was 5 something. I drank water, but after working out I generally am not hungry for hours. So I ate a piece of leftover chicken...and an hour later a peanut butter and banana sandwich. Then I ate dinner about an hour after that...
well I feel like a blind gorilla chasing a butterfly when doing the turbo jam or zumba dvd's. I've never been a dancer or coordinated..so there's that. But even with the 30 day shred...I feel underqualified to keep my core tight, my back straight, I feel like a frigin contortionist.. its all about form, so half the time I am more worried about my stance and body parts...then I am doing the moves. Maybe its just me..I am gonna add the couch 2 5k tomorrow. Running might give my lungs and bodyba wakeup call, but at least I know that its as simple as walking...sorta.
another thing...taking measurements properly? Anyone? Bueller.....Bueller? Waist..I think I understand. ..hips? I got 5 kids...my hips are somewhere under the fat..I'm not sure where they begin..or where to measure. Same with my arms
