Getting back on track

So to seems I do great all week and then Friday comes around and I blow it . I usually tend to over drink and then of course over eat and don't exercise as much . So I need to quit drinking all together ...Friday is the hardest for me ... I always tell myself that I will be in control and always tend to blow it . So gonna take it one weekend at a time .
