Getting back on track

So to seems I do great all week and then Friday comes around and I blow it . I usually tend to over drink and then of course over eat and don't exercise as much . So I need to quit drinking all together ...Friday is the hardest for me ... I always tell myself that I will be in control and always tend to blow it . So gonna take it one weekend at a time .

    PLANNING takes the place of worries. Picture yourself before the weekend arrives.
Visualize your 6 meals and snacks for the day (before that day arrives).
Have your food on hand and goto the store BEFORE the weekend so that you are better prepared. For instance, plan your one or two eggs for breakfast with maybe one piece of whole grain toast and maybe even one or two tablespoons of peanut butter on your toast for protein.

I am coming back to my Sparks also. Planning is personally my biggest challenge but I manage to buy fresh asparagus and broccoli so I can make them on the grill like Im having a great cook out.

  I don't drink but the same with food, I make good choices all week and then weekend, just blow it. At least we both realize our problem so that is the first step to correcting it. I wish you the best of luck..................... emoticon
