Okay! I am proud of myself and my accomplishments for June! It wasn't 100%, but I really gave it my all.
1. 300,000 steps
2. 10,000 kettlebell swings - 7950 done, 2050 missing. I didn't set myself up for success on this, leaving *many* of my swings for the last two weeks of the month. Then, I ended up getting a cold on the last four days of the month and couldn't finish my 10,000. Disappointed, but now I have a new mindset for July.
3. 22 Insanity! workouts - 21 Insanity! workouts completed. Dangit!!! I was really hoping that I would have accomplished this one. I did not miss one workout for the first 3 1/2 weeks of Insanity! (Six days each week!!) Then, got sick. BUMMER. (Note to self: I still kicked butt on those 21 workouts.)
4. Nutrition - DIDN'T MEET EVEN ONE GOAL. Need to rethink. Not going to the Employee Dining Room was a definite winner idea. Will continue that in July.
