I think we all know how to lose weight, but the hardest challenge comes when we reach that point where we have worked so hard lost weight and decide we are tired. tired of not being able to eat the "goodies" tired of working out everyday! Then we decide to relax.. well just a bite extra.. or well, I don't feel like exercising. You check the scale.. well it's only 3 lbs I've gained back: I'll do better next week. Then next week comes and you are still tired! Soon the lbs continue to creep back on. In my case over the last year30 lbs have shown up, and I have nothing or no one to blame it on but me. But now I've reached what I will call my "point of no return.........
So at this point... after mentally beating myself up.. I decided I worked too dam hard to get the weight off before... I can't let the fat win!!
Time to re-dedicate myself & push... when I'm on that elliptical and the fat monster says, " hey.. you can just do 15 min... I tell it to shut up,
Let the music take away those lazy thoughts & keep pushing.. in no time the 30 minutes are done!
