I need some direction to motivate me each day. Here they are:
Goals for this week:
- 30 minutes a day of intense activity anyway possible
- 1300 calories a day. Portion it. Eat it. Log it. Stick with it.
- 8.5 hours of sleep a night
30 day weigh-in:
- 168 pounds
The beginning is easiest and quickest to lose if you give 100% and force yourself to implement healthy habits. You need to lose this weight because you are on the border of having an obese BMI and having to buy plus sizes. End this gain and bad habits now!
