Well, I have let too many pounds sneak back on. Definitely a bad case of fork to mouth disease!
Today, I rode 20.84 miles in 89 minutes, ate with range, and drank enough water.
Tomorrow and each day thereafter, I am holding myself accountable in order to reach a target weight of 200 pounds.
I will track daily and keep an accountability blog this month. I will only miss a daily blog entry on dates tht I don't have internet access - 5 or 6 days in July.
I am back on track!
