Long busy day.

Both of us were sore and beat after working on the antenna mast. I woke up around 3 am with a killer headache. Got up and took some ibuprofen. Finally kicked in just in time to get up for work at 430am. We both felt our backs and muscles from trying to throw the ball on Sunday.

Wouldn't thing something so simple like throwing a ball could wack us out so, but we sure felt it. Really out of shape as far as ball throwing is concerned.

We didn't shoot the leagues tonight, Jim;' back was really tight, so we took a rain check. Took it easy and watched a movie, Avatar and now off to bed.

Not the best day for eating or exercising, but will do better on Tuesday.

    When I have sore back muscles from yard work or some other unusual activity I take a warm shower and squat over holding my knees letting the shower beat on my back. Squat as low as you can, but don't push it too far. This stretches your back which you need after exercise and soothes the sore muscles.
