My 1st morning breakfast meal

So typically I eat before 7:00pm and by morning I'm famished. On my drive to work sitting in traffic I love my replacement meal. Shakes can be an idea for the on the go person who will not have time. I buy fresh fruits clean, cut & freeze them, add almond milk or rice milk to the powder. This fills me up. What do you eat for breakfast?
