I'm proud of myself I already got a award for 250 min of exercise for July and its the first!

I started what they call fitness booster today. It is an hour and a half a day with the trainer and training on nutrition and body composition and all that kind of stuff. I will do this until Saturday. I will continue doing Zumba and Pilates as well. Went for a 3 mile hike today and I was sweating but that's because I'm in humid Florida. Completed it in less than an hour that's probably my best time since my injury for 3 miles.

Still having a hard time passing up the desserts but at least I'm only eating one.

    LINDA, this is now three months ago. How are you doing with reaching your exercise goals and nutrition goals? Is it all working well for you?

    LINDA, this is now two weeks later since your Blog Post are you still putting in that exercise time and still missing the desserts? You got something good going there and you got to keep working at it. I know it is not easy. Just keep up you good work and efforts.

Reducing to just one dessert is a good goal. Life needs to be a little sweet.
