I'm proud of myself I already got a award for 250 min of exercise for July and its the first!
I started what they call fitness booster today. It is an hour and a half a day with the trainer and training on nutrition and body composition and all that kind of stuff. I will do this until Saturday. I will continue doing Zumba and Pilates as well. Went for a 3 mile hike today and I was sweating but that's because I'm in humid Florida. Completed it in less than an hour that's probably my best time since my injury for 3 miles.
Still having a hard time passing up the desserts but at least I'm only eating one.
