My status said "shredded for the second time and it felt easier." 6 DAYS AGO!
My first thought, "has it really been 6 days since I've done that." I've been trying to go for a walk or fit in exercise, but wow. 6 days since I did a measly 25 minute work-out video. I will not make progress at that rate. And I drank all day Friday, had a whole pizza for dinner yesterday and a whole box of mac 'n cheese today.
This just simply will not do. I have been drinking more water but I haven't added fruit to my meals, cut down my portions, or shredded every other day.
I finished my last class of college strong though. 97% on my final project and a B+ on our final. Now that, that is over. I have my nights to do whatever I want, without the stress of school weighing me down, literally. I get a full hour lunch break to go running, or do shred, or go home to make a good meal. I just need to move and do something.
