Well, I gained some of my weight back. I am starting at 110 pounds.
I was down to 104 BUT I didn't exercise like I should or eat right so I gained weight and am so mad at myself for being lazy.
Today I am back to Yoga and some strength training.
I want to get down to 105 by the end of this month.
I can do it.
It's in writing now.
