Goals for July 2013

first short term goal is to drink 64 oz of water, 4 out of 7 days this week

second short term goal is to exercise 30 minutes a day, for the whole month..

third short term goal is to log all food and exercise here at SP , and print the nutritional report, and also, the calorie differential report (keeps me accountable, and I can look back and review what I'm doing right (or what needs improvement)

edit my goals July 2nd to include...

the water goal

I'm aiming for 7 out of 7 days, not just 4/7 ..

    Great Goals! You might want to add water emoticon Every diet / journey I have read about includes water. We are supposed to drink half our body weight in ounces.

    Tracking every day is something we can all do, but exercise opportunities sometimes prove unworkable, like rain, grandkids stop by, illness. Even 5 days out of 7 will make your doctor very happy. Good luck going forward!
