first short term goal is to drink 64 oz of water, 4 out of 7 days this week
second short term goal is to exercise 30 minutes a day, for the whole month..
third short term goal is to log all food and exercise here at SP , and print the nutritional report, and also, the calorie differential report (keeps me accountable, and I can look back and review what I'm doing right (or what needs improvement)
