I did so well today I can hardly believe it, except that I skipped breakfast because I haven't figured out what is ok for me to eat for breakfast. After lunch I had a vanilla chai tea with sweetner and soy milk when I craved something sweet and at the grocery I walked right past the counter full of Russell Stover's Smores and stuck to my list. I'm hoping that this is a sign of permanent improvement!
