LIFE IS GOOD 101 - REBOOT WEEK 2

I am kicking off the 2nd week of my reboot & checking in to see how I did last week & planning this week:

* Drink 8 cups / day - missed goal Mon / Fri
* Eat 5 fruits / veggies per day - reached goal since giving up bread / rice
* Get 7 hours of sleep / day - reached all but 1 night watching late tv
* Read inspiration story / quote - do regularly
* Exercise / Stretch min 10 min / day - burned 3,444 cal. last week / 608 minutes
* Blog 1x / week - blogged 2x this week - did twice last week (I think)
* Garden 1x / week (recent hobby & great exercise!) - weeding daily
* Track food daily - 6 out of 7 days
* Meditate 1x / day - did 3x last week
* Practice Yoga 1x / week - did 2x last week
* Do Water Exercises 1x / week - did 2x last week
* Weigh myself 1x / week - had lost 4 pounds as of Sat!

This week, I need to maintain goals that I reached & work on:

* Staying away from bread / rice
* Getting in 8 glasses of water
* Meditating 1x / day

I CAN & WILL do this!
