My weight is still falling, not as fast. I changed my diet. I'm eating less vegetables (fruit included). I find I have less gas and D. I feel angered by articles like this one. wholefed.org/2013/06/07/
I was vegetarian for 17 years. I had bad IBS the whole time. Eating less vegetables is helping my bowel become regular.
Fortunately, my appetite seems controlled by calories, not bulk. I'm weight training so I can put on muscle. I gained two pounds of muscle last month according the the body impedance measurements from the gym.
My mom visited me and all she could do was complain about how thin I got.
