NEW WEEK/NEW CHALLENGE WEEK 15

The Exercise Challenge this week is take your fitness outside~take out your bike, jump rope outside, run sprints, swim, run hills, or just go for a walk. If the weather is bad then walk on a treadmill or use a video for at least 60 minutes. Do 3 sets/5 push ups daily.

The Food Challenge is to cut sugars and eat a piece of fruit instead. Eat at least 2 veggies. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES of water per day.

60 Minutes of cardio emoticon Great way to start the week. It rained ALL day and didn't want to go to gym. :(
