It's been about 35 days since I have started again in my weight loss journey! All I needed was a little hard work and determination to not give up or give in! I've been hitting the gym 5 days a week, lifting weights 2x a week and eating SOO much healthier!! I'm down 9 pounds already and couldn't be happier with the results!!!
I've got 75 more days and 17 pounds to go! I can do this!!!
