The day started with a walk around the mall; approximately 5000 steps. I returned home and had a protein bar before my appointment.
For lunch I had a Lean Cuisine Vegetable Egg Roll meal & sliced apples. I had a dark chocolate protein shake for snack. For dinner, I had cheese ravioli with tomato sauce & 2 servings of green beans. For a snack later, I'm going to make a (peach) protein shake.
I went to water aerobics this evening. Since I haven' t made my 10000 steps today, I'm walking during the commercials.
My plan tomorrow includes a walk at the mall plus 1 group exercise class.
