I'm at a plateau again.. so annoying! This is going to be a quick blog because I'm super busy today.

My workout plan for this week:
Sunday: treadmill @ incline - 50 minutes
arms/shoulders: 30 minutes

Monday: treadmill @ incline: 30 minutes

Tuesday: 30 minutes abs/back
30 minutes C25K
30 minutes elliptical

Wednesday: run 20+ minutes then walk to total 30
30 minutes walk @ incline
30 minutes legs

Thursday: 30 minutes arms
30 minutes walk @ incline
30 minutes run/walk intervals 8mph/4mph

Friday: 30 minutes abs/back
30 minutes walk
30 minutes elliptical

Saturday: REST

Sunday: 30 minutes legs
20+ minutes run then walk to make 30

Monday: 30 minutes arms/shoulders
30 minutes C25K
30 minutes walk

Eating plan... cleaner than ever before!
