Why not make resolutions for July 1st?
Here are my resolutions for the second half of the year.
1. Hug my girls every day.
2. Hug and kiss my husband every day.
3. Only eat food I like. If the first bite isn't wonderful, then I don't have to finish it.
4. Keep the big picture in mind, but focus on the next 20 pounds.
5. My desire to be healthy is bigger than any desire for dessert.
6. At least 10 minutes of movement a day.
