How do you hold it together when everything falls apart?

    One foot in front of the other and concentrate only on one thing at a time. Baby steps and faking it until I can make it help, too.

My life fell apart in December, just a few weeks after I started on Spark People. I was determined not to let the upheaval de-rail my fitness and healthy changes. It was all about the choices I was making. I still had the upheaval and the emotional upset, but I didn't let it touch my Spark People efforts.

    It's hard but I tell myself to just keep going and put one foot in front of the other (literally and physically). Letting myself fall apart and make poor decisions isn't going to keep the rest of the world together, so I try to take care of myself as best as I can.

Hope things get better, stat.
