My alarm went off at 7:30 this morning. I heard it raining outside and did NOT want to get out of bed. PC Fit class didn't start until 10:00, but I wanted to be up early, eat breakfast and make sure my food was settled before going to class.
I went to the gym, stashed my bags in a locker and went for it. There were a lot of people in the class today, so that was super exciting! About three minuets into the class, I realized I had nothing to be nervous about! I was fitting in just fine! I wasn't the fittest person there, but there were lots of girls who were about the same level as myself!
I did have to modify a few things (but just slightly - burpees...) and instead of running a few of the laps, I used them to recover, but I did the class, and I think I did pretty dang good!
After that I headed to the library to volunteer. A lady was supposed to show up and do a craft project with the teens, but "forgot to write it down" and never showed. Luckily, the director had picked up a few "make your own lip gloss pots" kits and had a bunch of temporary henna tattoos so I was able to run the teen program today. The girls and I had a lot of fun tattooing each other and making pink lip gloss.

After the library, I went to fake and bake, then came home and did some batch cooking for the boyfriend's dinners for the next 4 days. I made him BBQ Chicken w/ some kind of nasty pasta stuff from a bag and Spaghetti w/ meat sauce (made with sweet italian sausage)
He will eat that for the next four days - alternating what he has on which day. I have given up trying to feed him better. He just won't eat it. I feel bad feeding him "nasty pasta from a bag" but he won't eat anything else. It is worse than feeding a kid sometimes!
All in all, it has been a good day and I feel pretty accomplished!
