July 1- Moving Forward

Today, I met with my trainer- she definitely kicked my butt. To add insult to injury, I joined a friend for another piloxing class a few hours later. Boy are my glutes, hamstrings, etc are sore. (I would like to clarify- she kicked my butt in a good way)

I realized as I am taking on new challenges, that I am making changes to my lifestyle. I am planning more, doing more with my hubby, and relaxing.

My stress levels seem a lot less than what they have been in a long while! Hopefully it will keep up!!!

My goals this month is to really get in the H20, workout 5-7 times a week, track my food, and begin the purge of stuff!

    Great goals--gotta love summer time when we teachers have the time to work on our "me" projects. Our students benefit in the long run. Have a great day!
