Wow. Where did June go? I cannot believe that today is July 1.
Here were my goals for June. How did I do?
Increase my strength training to 3 days - 2 with the trainer and 1 on my own.
I give myself a B- on this one. I didn't not do this every week.
Have a good cooking month too.
This was not good. D
Take 15 minutes a day for me - whether it's reading, listening to music, or just being.
I did pretty well on this one. I'd say B+
Goals for July
Stay in calorie range 80% of the time.
Take vitamins every day.
15 minutes of me time per day
Exercise at least 5x a week.
Try Spark Coach again.
