"So What Are Your Goals for July?"

Here I was bragging about #1) exceeding my 1500 fitness minutes June goal and #2) bragging. [Yes, that's right, bragging about bragging.
And what happens? I get asked what my July goals are!
Just kidding, my BLC Ivory Falcons leaders.....
My overall BLC22 goals were to get below 160 and to have fun doing so. The 1500 minutes of fitness was a way to ensure that I was getting a nice deficit calorie-wise. And I have definitely had fun on that bike! The weather cooled enough that I could ride the bike in the evening during a couple of days, and more people were out and about when I was riding. It just made me smile to myself when an adult would say "Cool bike!" as I rode by. I was sure to tell DH, since he was my renovator/mechanic/encourager.
So my July goals are to 1)continue my progress to getting below 160, 2) have fun during my progress getting below 160, and specifically, to continue with my goal of 1500 minutes of fitness per month.
