I didn't do great at that party, I meant well, I planned ahead but my husband put the meat into the salad when it was too warm, the lettuce got all nasty soggy and the cheese melted so it was GROSS...ugh, I meant well, I had that plan and it just died real fast when I looked into that big bowl of salad. So I ate other things, but all in moderation, I tracked them. I didn't have a great day and the next day wasn't so hot either; I went over my calories, but hey, I tracked them. Today I have tracked everything. BACK ON TRACK!
I walked the stairs today, 4 times again. I start couch to 5k this week. I have a plan! and I have goals, lots and lots of mini goals and I haven't even said what my final goal is for sure. I don't want to put a deadline on it. So far to go and I owe it to myself to take these baby steps. I gotta learn to love me again.
