Pre- and Post Fueling Plan

Well, the challenge for today was to think about what I eat before and/or after working out. I try to eat something like oatmeal, yogurt, or a bagel thin with peanut butter before I go to my workout. And try to get some protein in within an hour after I workout. So far I have been doing good in getting that done.
