Lunch & Dinner

Well...Made it through today :) Not one soda
...woot woot! Although I won't be wooting when the caffeine headaches kick in...geshhh.....Lunch was good, simple and low fat.
Dinner was a little more. I'm trying to lessen the portions without cutting out everything. Added the remaining smoothie to dinner and have already drank 5 16.9oz waters
.... Maybe a small snack of pretzels later..... Next to add an exercise plan
...All is good for today. Looking forward to tomorrow .....
