I am super excited that I met my June goals!
I am down 15 lbs this month.
I bench pressed 105lbs (wanted to bench >100)
I stayed on track diet-wise 90% of the time (3 cheats for the month)
I did 5-6 cardio sessions/week (combination of biking and jogging)
I'm not sure what my reward for meeting these goals will be but I'm thinking some new runners might be great!
I am starting to notice a difference I now my clothes are fitting and generally just feeling better about myself.
My goals for July:
Lose 10 lbs
Stay on track 90% of the time
5-6 cardio sessions/wk (add in some HIIT)
Stick to weight training plan.
I have a few more things going on this month so it's going to take a bit more focus and dedication but I know I can do it! My goal is to be under 150 by my birthday, September 2.
