First Run

Well I started running today :) Actually, following the plan I found I walked for 4 mins then jogged for a minute and did this 4 times. I found the jogging a bit tiring so I'm glad I started small :) I can walk for miles and miles with no problem but as soon as any running is added it tires me out really quickly, which it won't do in a few weeks :) I did a little yoga too which felt so good when I got back from running.

Next run will be on Wednesday :)
