getting back on track

I am so thankful for the people who see and respond to these blogs. It does feel good to have the support -- I have always been better at helping others rather than asking for help. Exercised yesterday. Wasn't stellar on the healthy eating but wasn't out of control either. Interestingly, the scale is down a couple of pounds (not to a new low -- I am still above that -- but showing some of the weight that was there during my several days of eating bad and not exercising must have been water gain).

    You are right, lots of water retention when we eat things that isn't good for us. Also, sometimes when we think we are eating a lot of sugar, we are also eating a lot of hidden salt, the big culprit in water retention. You are back on track, pat yourself on the back and keep going. You're doing great!
