My goals for July have been set:
July 2013 Goals
1. Exercise Daily for at least 30 minutes.
2. Weight train 3x a for 10 minutes week.
3. Journal in scrapbook about weight loss.
Fast Break Goals:
1. Eat one piece of produce a day.
2. Use fitness equipment daily.
3. Read a weight loss success story daily.
Unfortunately today I woke up with some stomach issue. So I wasn't the greatest with eating today. But I did do a few minutes of exercise because I want to see my ticker go up!
I have been taking it easy today - I hope this stomach thing is gone tomorrow!
I am looking forward to making this month count and getting some weight off! I didn't lose anything last month which is upsetting. However, I won't let it get me down and just like a "bad dog" I am going to do it! I am determined!!!
