Hi all, today is my 8th day count em 8th day with out alcohol. I very proud of myself cause this is just the begining. By the end of this week I will be at 13 days with out a drop and Im sure i will be able to see results considering im working out every day. My plan is to workout every day this month weather its running or doing a JM dvd, im doing something to burn these xtra pounds off. If my body tells me that i need a rest then I will do it but until then im going full thorttle!!
Today im running and I get to start BL last chance to work out. Now the last and first time i did this dvd i was not eating clean but i saw big big results so now that im eating clean I cant imagine what im gonna look like. It is a 4 week workout program so I will finish up at the end of July. Im suppecting that I will be half way to my goal then. The plan is to lose 10 to 15 pounds at the most. and If id did 40 pounds in 4 months then I should be at my goal by Mid August. Any who im gonna be working out and keeping it to green tea and water until then. My bf is starting to cut down on his alcohol intake but as u n I know that is not gonna work. It took me two tries to figure that out and i know that you have to cut alcohol out if you wanna lose weight. so im hopeing that after he sees my results at the end of the month he will realize on his own that he needs to cut it out. Im not a nager gf I refuse to be, i just lead by example. Any who that is what has been going on with me. Working it out and keeping it clean!! thank you for listening!
