BLC22 - Day 27

Yeah, it's me. Still hanging in there with BLC22. (barely hanging by a thread
I started out pretty good, but the past 2 weeks have been a real step backwards for me. I'm currently trying to bring myself OUT of my funk. Honestly, I don't want to go into the ins and outs of WHY I slipped up again. I just did and that is that. What matters to me MOST is that I am dusting myself off and getting back to it. Slowly but surely.
I just got of the elliptical (20 mins on Beginner Level) and then 20 minutes of strength training. I was not really in the mood to exercise because of this dreary, humid, rainy weather, but it really helped energize me this afternoon and I am so glad I did it!
For everyone out there who might feel they have slipped up and cannot make it back, just TRY! Do it for yourself, do it for your BLC Team, do it for your BLC duo, do it for your future well being. Start now and don't look back. Slip ups happen, but they DO NOT have to dictate your future. So join me in this 'DUST OFF' and get back to it!
