This May I was around 143.8 lbs. I'm now 147.2 lbs. Not much of a difference, but it's still a gain. I feel like I lose weight slowly, so this setback might affect me reaching my goal of 130 lbs by August 15th.
I took a little break from SparkPeople, which is definitely the cause of the gain. I stopped tracking what I was eating and ate more and more. So to get back on track, I set up July goals for me to reach:
-Follow the BeFit 90 program
-Track EVERY thing I eat (try to stay within 1300-1600 calories)
-Eat at least 3 servings of fruits/vegetables a day
